  • How can I get a coin listed on Dagx?

    We don't have a definitive set of criteria as each project is unique. We listen to the community and select projects that we believe are unique, innovative, and that our users would be interested in trading. We also look for products that have strong (organic) market demand. The developers/leads of any token exchanged on the platform must have fully verified accounts. Since tracking down dev teams and requesting ID verification can be quite time consuming, this is something the project team could do in advance to greatly expedite the process, in the event we do decide to list. Note: We Do accept payment for listing, but If you are contacted by any party soliciting payments while claiming to represent Dagx, notify us immediately.

  • What is Bitcoin?

    Bitcoin is a cryptocurrency, a form of electronic cash. It is a decentralized digital currency without a central bank or single administrator that can be sent from user to user on the peer-to-peer bitcoin network without the need for intermediaries.

  • Is it safe?

    We take security seriously and we built the platform with this in mind. The trading orders are executed on your behalf on the exchange, so your funds are 100% secure.

  • How to make an account?

    Creating an account in DagX is a very easy and simple process. All you have to do is to click on the Register Tab on the Home Page and to fill in your name and email address. Create a password for the profile, verify your email and you are ready to go!

  • How can I deposit?

    You can safely deposit any amount by clicking on the Finance Tab and choosing the Deposit Option. You can choose from depositing cryptocurrencies from any existing wallet you have or to deposit cash via bank transfer. Just choose the most convenient option for you.

  • How can I withdraw?

    You can withdraw your funds by clicking the Finance Tab and choosing Withdraw. Simply fill all the required info and wait for our Support team to contact you for a confirmation.

  • What to do in case of having a technical issue?

    If you experience any technical issues or troubles, if you have some more questions or if you need any additional help with the platform, do not hesitate to contact our Support team.
